What a shame. Initial taste good, but draw so tight it was un-smokable.

Very tasty little smoke. Shame they dont come in bigger sizes. Very oaky, not sickly.

Ramon Allones Specially Selected Cigar - 1 Single

Not the best construction, it had a pretty tight draw which needed a draw tool, and the burn was a bit uneven but taste was good, with rich flavours of dark brown sugar and gingerbread.

Romeo y Julieta Petit Royales Cigar - 1 Single

I chose to have this cigar on what I deem to be the last of the good weather in 2020. I was slightly short of time and had this late morning on my terrace with a milky coffee. I really enjoyed this cigar. It lit well and had good smoke output. A good looking stick with a darkish non oily wrapper with minimal veins. I had notes of cream and chocolate with slight wood and earth. Which paired with my coffee tasted great on my palette. Pretty constant through the cigar with some pepper and spice coming in at the end. It smoked well through with good construction...no problems there. Something I have come to expect form such a great brand as this. I was hunting for a decent short smoke to have and I think this is one that I will seriously consider when my time is slightly pushed and I cant invest in a 45min to 1hr smoke. For me it was a medium body cigar. Has this in my subscription box so thank you to Cgars for introducing it to me!! I would recommend.

Regius Connecticut Robusto Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Sunday 20 September, 2020
This little beauty sat in my humidor for three months and when I gave her a cut and a toast I was very pleasantly surprised at how much flavour and taste this well priced Connecticut had to offer. A perfect draw from the offset and a balanced light throughout. 1st third was spicy and mellow dancing on the lips and the tongue with a subtle salty retro hale that tickled with a youthful charm. 2nd third mellowed out to a very pleasant soft and creamy middle reminiscent of a coffee creme chocolate. The final third returns you to a spicy finale which once again brings your taste receptors dancing back. Give yourself a well deserved half and hour to slowly savour this delightful Connecticut.
