Perdomo 10th Anniversary Connecticut Super Toro Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Tuesday 24 September, 2024
Had a couple of these sat in the humidor for a few months and given overwhelmingly positive reviews was looking forward to this. A very disappointing experience - needed multiple touching ups- uneven burn line, decent ash and smoke output. First retrohale burnt like smelling salts, ammoniacal. Unpleasant. Creamy smoke but very one dimensional. At times tasted like cigarettes, a constant bitter/cayenne pepper burn to finish which faded to background as progressed, mild initially moving to moderste but strong nicotine hit - little in way of transitions. Hope the sungrown Robusto I?ve also got will be better - overall one of the poorest cigars I?ve smoked

Perla Del Mar Corojo - Corona Gordo Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Friday 13 September, 2024
Very nice smoke. I literally bought this cigar becmy initials arr PDM 🤭, and it's cheap and I have to say pleasantly surprised. It's my first box pressed cigar. Construction was perfect, draw was perfect, nice flavours and strengths around medium, no long lasting ashtray mouth. Will definitely be buying more of these for the humidor especially at the price. 👌👌👌👌

PDR Cigars El Criollito Purito Cigar - 1 Single

I?m pretty new to cigars and got this one in a sampler. I found it to be pretty good. Decent flavour from the get go, slightly tight draw and went out on me once but improved as it went down. Reasonably priced and quite enjoyable.

Plasencia Alma Fuerte Colorado Claro Eduardo I Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Friday 23 August, 2024
This is my 1st Plasencia cigar. Tasting notes for me are strong cedar, leather, slight salty earth. It gets a sweeter tones halfway through and light coffee tones. I would give it a light to medium rating for strength. I had this with Irish Powers Whisky John Lane 12 years old Edition. The Whisky overpowered this cigar. Good points: - Great construction and perfect burn. - Nice big 54 gauge box pressed cigar. Bad points: Easy draw but not a lot of smoke compared to other box pressed cigars from Oliva, EP Carillo etc. Not a lot of depth / change in the tasting notes as I progress through the cigar but it definitely picks up halfway through. Not exactly to my taste but not a bad cigar. There are better tasting and more complex cigars available for the same price so I wouldn't buy another one, but I'm sure some people would love it.

Perdomo 20th Anniversary Maduro Robusto Cigar - 1 Single

This was a fantastic smoke with a great draw and a very good amount of smoke per puff. The flavour profile was fantastic, my first maduro and I loved it. This has very quickly become one of my favourite smokes.

Perdomo 10th Anniversary Connecticut Robusto Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Wednesday 21 August, 2024
I?ve smoked 2 now and what a lovely cigar. Mild to medium but with some complexity lacking in many similar cigars. Beautiful construction. Perfect draw and burn. Punches way above its price. Will be adding many more to my humidor in time.
