Really enjoyable Robusto. Smooth, woody, nutty, bit of sweetness, lovely smoke aroma. Lasted 50 mins with no relight, etc. Good solid filler leading to solid ash over an inch. Thoroughly enjoyed this Robusto and will definitely order some more at some point!

My first real foray into Cigars having only smoked cheaper Hamlets before, I found this to be really rather quite pleasant. It had perhaps a slightly earthier taste until at temperature however was flavoursome enough for my palet and I could detect a subtle change from 1st to second third of the stick. Paired it with a nice speyside amd good conversation it burnt nicely for around an hour with no touching or relighting needed.

Montecristo Double Edmundo Cigar - 1 Single

I bought a 3 pack of these cigars and have learnt some important lessons. All 3 were tight draws. And I took the first 2 on holiday to Maderia where the temperature was hotter than the UK. Lesson 1 was heat increases the moisture and relative humidity in the stick and can ruin a good cigar making the flavour harsh. Lesson 2, a plugged stick can prevent oxygen igniting all the tobacco in the stick and making it a harsh smoke. Lesson 3 both these problems are not problems with the cigar and both can be remedied. The last stick I kept in a zip lock bag for a couple months with a 69% RH boveda and smoked it on new years day 2023. I unplugged the cigar with the PerfectDraw tool they sell on here under accessories. The result was an excellent smoke and overall burn time over 2 hours but about 1hour 45 of this was the excellent characteristic creamy and spicy Montecristo smoke. An excellent cigar and fitting smoke to welcome in New Years Day 2023!! How you keep your cigars is of paramount importance. Happy New Year All. Cheers

First time with one of these reputed sticks. A nice long smoke. Has to be smoked slowly. Very nice. Lovely flavour. Smoother than a Cappuccino. Some may think they are a Punchy price for a single but Not overpriced for the quality. Looking forward to the next one!
