Mitchellero Peru Petit Robusto Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Saturday 18 May, 2024
A very nice cigar started off with a bit of pepper slight creamy/ smooth complexion for first half inch. Next part of the development came a small amount of nutty taste then went into dark chocolate about 85%-90% leading to small coffee flavour. The end of the cigar was were it really opened up for me and all the development came together and tasted a bit like a Ferrero Rocher with a hit of coffee. I paired this with a coffee with bit of rum and demerara sugar with maple/cinnamon syrup. The only bad part of the cigar was the out wrapper came apart on me, my wife's didn't as much but did alittle. Was a lovely draw and ash hold great, lasted for about 1h25mins well worth a try.

Mitchellero Sporty Cigar - 1 Single

Oh. Dear. Oh. Dear. Thoroughly did not enjoy. Stupidly difficult to keep lit. Literally every other draw. I had to relight. Got less than half way through. Binned it. Can't describe the flavour. Couldn't get past the lighting up stage. I was hoping for something a little more relaxing and enjoyable.

Mitchellero Peru Gordo Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Friday 03 May, 2024
Full disclosure, I am no cigar aficionado but any stretch of the imagination. Having recently decided to learn more and experiment with this, thoroughly enjoyable, past-time I have become a huge fan of CGars sample packs that allow me to experience cigars I wouldn't usually commit to buying myself. Over the last 6 months I can confidently say that the full range of Mitchellero Peru Vitola/Formats are the most consistent and enjoyable cigars that have come to command the most space in my, small, humidor. For perspective, my cigar of choice is the Romeo y Julieta Short Churchill, but the price range put them in the special occasions bracket. I favour the Gordo based on its ring gauge and length, which in my opinion creates the best flavours, smoke to draw ratios, and at this price means I can indulge myself on a more regular basis. So what should you expect from these unassuming rockstars? As mentioned, full marks for consistency in the quality of the product, they light well, maintain ash longer than anything else I have smoked, burn beautifully and deliver a rounded envelopin
