A beautiful looking and structured cigar like all the Gurkha solaras … plenty of complex tasty flavours to keep your interest … you can just taste the vintage mature flavours gorgeous …. I always keep a good supply of all the Gurkha solaras in my humidor my favourite cigar

A lovely tasty cigar like all the Gurkha solara cigars .. I like cigars to have plenty of complex flavours to keep my interest and these fit the bill for me .. a good size and structure and well made .. I buy many single cigars to try but the Gurkha solara cigars 12 15 18 and the cask blend is the only cigar I keep a good supply of in my humidor as they are my absolute favourite

Warning smoke this outside as the foot give of smoke.
Not going to lie I got no taste till the end which was like a weak leaver n pepper.
The stick smells like mint and something like oil and the only thing I liked was the label.
The burn was even from start to finish but the ash falls off with a little tap.
I did feel light headed after. So dont be fooled, where it lacks taste it shows in strength.
So there you go looks are not everything.
For the price I wouldnt be buying it again or smoke it for free. 18/100

Pretty new to new world cigars and this one stands up very well, prob exceeds my experience of cuban cigars. Lovely looking cigar, dark oily wrapper, nice even burn. Crazy amounts of smoke, mild, pleasant flavour. Lasted for around 2 hours..hazel nut, liquoirice flavours. Great.

I had read the other reviews for the Gurkha Ghost Shadow and was intrigued enough to add one to my last order.
This cigar was well packed with a good draw and even burn throughout, although I did find I needed to relight a couple of times.
There is an unmistakable dark, earthy taste to the Gurkha which makes it distinctive, and certainly you get clouds of smoke from this beast. I didn’t get the sweeter notes that some describe. As ever though, you can’t completely judge a cigar on a single smoke. It does have nice peppery notes that make the earthier flavours more complex and interesting. Not sure I’d order again, but worth trying if you like the darker, earthy flavours.

These were a gift for me bought in a shop abroad for a 2-3 euro each. Theres probably better smokes on here for the price but if you can find these they are great budget cuban. Very consistent quality and they last ages. Flavour wise theres not a lot going on but they are pleasant. You feel like youre smoking a real deal Cuban because of the length. Id get a box if I saw them, but at this price on here theres lots of more interesting ones to try.
