Flor De Oliva Robusto Cigar - 1 Single by Mark

Well constructed cigar. Burnt evenly and held an ash even when walking. The cigar gave off straw/hay notes the whole smoke with no great change apart from a bit more pepper kick in the last 3rd, Cigar wasn’t overly exciting however did still enjoy the smoke, light and easy cigar. Ever so slightly overpriced in my eyes! 3/5

Foundation El Gueguense The Wise Man Robusto Cigar - 1 Single (Discontinued) by Andrew

So I had heard many positive reviews about this cigar so I wanted to check it out to see if the hype was warranted. The construction was very good (well packed with a beautiful wrapper) however there was a very slight whiff of ammonia. After I cut the cigar (straight cut) I noticed the draw was a bit snug. The smoke output was decent however I was having to draw harder than I would have liked to achieve the volume of smoke that would allow me to delve into its flavours. It was medium to full, rich with notes of leather, nuts and earth. The blend is quite bold and complex which was nice but I was still struggling a bit to get a nice draw that would fully allow me to extract its full flavours. The smell of the cigar on the nose was lovely and the burn was relatively even given I was smoking in the garden with a gentle breeze. In the final third it opened up a lot more to a draw that would have been great from the beginning. Overall it was a nice cigar but I cant help but feel that I didnt experience it in its full splendour so I will be purchasing a few more singles in order to get a m

Full Strength Cuban Selection Sampler - 3 Cigars by Max

Loved the No.6, very consistent burn and it tasted great, the larger ring gauge definitely mellowed out the smoke and it was good all the way down to the band. A bit disappointed with the Petit Corona, the rapper was rough (could definitely put this down to Cuban QA so experiences may vary) and the draw was tight, it probably would have benefited me letting it sit in the humi for longer to soften up though. The club Corona was in the middle, no complaints. Out of the three I will definitely be buying a box of the No.6.

Wow wow wow. What a stick this is. Straight into my top 5. Just a smooth easy smoke. Had no problems with the draw. Burn was a great and so was the construction. From the second I sparked it up, till the second I let it die out. Just pure pure flavour. This is a must have cigar. Intense floral fruity spice flavours. Hints of mint in there as well. Really enjoyed this, great value for money and lovely sweet flavours coming from the wrapper. A little bit loosely wrapped which meant some uneven burning at times, but easily corrected and the draw was perfect all the way through regardless. I would buy this again for sure!
