Drew Estate Deadwood SJ Cigar - Tin of 10
Date Added: Saturday 06 May, 2023
Not entirely what I expected. The cap is sugar-sweetened (not a big fan of this, and found myself cutting a little further to bypass it). The flavour is akin to pipe tobacco, a little soapy and earthy. Occasional hints of spice. No real cocoa/nuts/cedar/leather/saline/savoury notes as you might expect from Nicaraguan cigars Probably pairs well with milder tasting drinks, or maybe a spicy rye whiskey If you like pipe tobacco, this is like a cigar form; likewise if you like sweetened cigars this will be great for you. It lasts 30min+ Ive given it a 4/5 because the wrapper is a great maduro colour, construction and burn was perfect, draw brings plumes of smoke and texture. Perfectly humidified as packaged. Flavour is nice, and it represents a different experience to normal cigars. On flavour alone, personally its a 2-3/5.

Diamond Crown Maduro Short Robusto No. 5 Cigars - 1 Single (End of Line)
Date Added: Saturday 25 March, 2023
Cigar lasted over an hour to the very tip. I smoked it to the last few mm with a cigar skewer to get the most out of this enjoyable cigar. The taste was complex smooth, interesting creamy medium body and satisfying. The only issue was it was uneven burning and canoed for the first 3rd due to uneven construction. Despite this the flavour was so good I still give 4 stars.

Drew Estate MUWAT Kentucky Fire Cured Ponies Cigar - 1 Single (Discontinued)
Date Added: Thursday 16 March, 2023
I’m sorry but not my cup of tea. Out of the cellophane the smell it’s very strong and slightly unpleasant for my taste, for who is familiar they smell like a Toscano. Surprisingly it was a very smooth smoking experience of 15/20 minutes. In term of flavour there wasn’t anything going on except woody note and the finish in my mouth was just wood and clove. With that said very well build and great draw and ash on the stick almost until the end. If you need to smoke a cigar every day I definitely suggest to give it a go especially for the price, but if you smoke a cigar or two per week I suggest to look something better.
