Conquistador Robusto Maduro Cigar - 1 Single

Beautiful smoke to have in the sun. Light, easy smoke, full of flavour, nice draw. Tastes developed as the smoke went on. Lovely even burn, no need to relight, took my time with it and got over an hours smoke from it. Shame its sold out.

I have smoked a number of these cigars, and I am a fan of this shape and size of cigar. That being said, it wont be for everyone.
I enjoyed my last one with a bourbon whiskey over ice after work.
What I like about the figurado shape is that the flavour profile noticeably changes from 1st 3rd until the final 3rd.
This is a full bodied cigar, not for novice smokers. Flavour notes I picked up were coffee, earth, and brown sugar with a consistent tobacco taste. It worked well with the bourbon, as the molasses flavour of the drink conplimented the brown sugar flavours of the stick.

Being new to cigars and after trying a few new world cigars I knew when I lit this how good a Cuban cigar can be. Very smooth and creamy, burns well and got a good hour from it, delicious
