Conquistador Corona Cigar - 1 Single

Kept in humi for a coupla months, sandwiched between two vanilla cigars.
Pre light feel: firmish & even. Draw was nice & easy.
Starts off very very mild, but flavours soon start to develop. (Don't ask me to describe flavours)
You get a lot of cigar for your money. It was sweet & satisfying. Will order more.

A big, bold V8 of a cigar. Ticklish to start, once burning this surprisingly free-drawing beast is a potential 90 minute smoke, if you can take it. The wrapper is delicate so a dry mouth is needed. The uncompromising strength, and bitter edge, forced my surrender halfway down, but that is not to imply a criticism. For those who prefer a strong cigar, it offers great value. I had two and will definitely leave the second to mature. The nicotine hit isn’t subtle either. Not for the tyro. ***

A great cigar for the price. Has what I'd call a proper cuban spice. The construction on there is very good. Just the draw can be a bit tight. Very neat and pretty wrapper. The first half has lots of strong spicy and peppery flavours whereas the second is definitely earthy and woody. The last half inch or so can get a bit tarry and bitter but for the price you can't argue much. Certainly worth a try!

Please do not waste your hard earned money on this awful cigar.
Very bitter, no aroma, very poor draw and severely lacking in quality and class.
I was extremely disappointed. But then I really should have known better, I got suckered in by the price and now I'm paying the penalty as I am stuck with them.
Please don't let the same thing happen to you.

Chinchalero Perla Cigar - 1 Single

Just tried these after having tried the much bigger ring gauge Novillo cigar. Overall a very nice burn and some guys have commented on the draw, mine was superb. Flavour wise not much to write home about. Smooth creamy smoke with a hint of cedar and earth. Quite a high strength for such a mild cigar which was surprising. Overall a pleasant smoke 6/10

I shal cut to the chase.
Box date: March 2012
Pre light. A firm cigar with much less fragrance out of the box than i'd come to experience from previous cohiba boxes. Nice draw on the cut. On the firm side, but comfortable and not exsessive.
Burn / combustion. Sharp as you like, brilliant infact, with a pure white ash!
Flavour. Cohiba traditional mixed with cedar and leathery dark chocolate.
Aroma. 100% almonds. Lovely!!
9/10. One of my favourite more delicate flavousome Cohibas! Similar to the Siglo ii with added aroma
