A Mitchellero Trio Sampler - 3 Cigars
Date Added: Saturday 09 December, 2023
Newbie to cigars here, but if I can help out other noobs, I'll be happy. 1st off, brilliant service from CGars, thank you. I found this Mitchellero sampler fantastic value for money. I'm at the stage of just sampling different cigars that are value for money, before I move on to more expensive choice cigars. I loved both the Corona & the Robusto. Both burnt well, no plugs, nice even ash & had a good flavoursome taste throughout. I was slightly disappointed with the Novellini. Not like previous reviews in that it had a tight draw, mine was good. But I thought it would have more flavour, being a bigger ring gauge & expecting a deeper, more intense flavour of the filler, because of the greater ring gauge. I found it just a bit meh. Little flavour, did not intensify from the beginning to the end. Was my 1st 60 ring & expected a more mature flavour. Overall though, a great choice of selection for an introduction. Cannot wait to further my cigar experience.

American Blends Ultimum Pipe Tobacco (Loose)
Date Added: Saturday 02 December, 2023
As a new pipe smoker I’ve been trying lots of different tobaccos to get an understanding of flavours. I’d thought I had found my ideal tobacco in a Kentucky Black Cherry Cavendish, but sadly that is being discontinued. After lots of research came across Ultimum, what can I say a perfectly balanced tobacco cool and sweet with not even a hint of tongue bite. I enjoyed my first bowl so much, I had another straight away. Definately my new go to tobacco to help me unwind, I savour every sip.

Aladino Connecticut Robusto Cigar - 1 Single
Date Added: Saturday 11 November, 2023
Remember this review is my own subjective view some may not find the same flavours as I do specially advanced smokers who are on to heavier cigars. Ok I don't review cigars unless I really enjoy them, and I mean really enjoy them! I am sort of new to smoking cigars but not in the dark with technical terms used and understanding the pallet of notes that cigars present. This is a light smoke. 50 gauge. Let's begin, to put it simply, this cigar is a creamy light vanilla smoke throughout it's life span which follows as it's base note, as you smoke further into the cigar I would say about 2 or 3 minuets into it; the light vanilla flavour fades and the cigar presents a more floral note with a sweet but light candy floss like flavour lasting through to the mid end, until, gently changing into a more spicy cracked pepper flavour; a little sharp on the pallet and towards the very end the last 6 or 12 hits you take go back to being creamy with a light sweetness on the tongue to finish. I highly recommend this cigar to people who are new to smoking cigars this w

Alsbo Morning (Formerly Sungold, Vanilla) Pipe Tobacco 50g Pouch
Date Added: Sunday 22 October, 2023
First time for me with this alsbo blend It is a nice smoke but I don't really taste anything memorable, other reviews are saying it's smooth and vanilla taste is evident, I find the flavour quite weak however it is a good smoke and I will be using this blend again. Dave.
