Tobermory Bottled 1980s/90s Miniature - 40% 5cl

Tobermory is the only distillery on the picturesque Hebridean Isle of Mull, lying off the west coast of Scotland, south of the remote Ardnamurchan and Morvern peninsulas.

This made it the ideal place for the fishing town which was established there in 1788.

The name of the town 'Tobermory' was derived from the Gaelic tobar mhoire, which means 'well of Mary', and relates to the well and chapel of St Mary built for the community.

A 5cl miniature bottle of Tobermory Malt Scotch Whisky "please note, due to age and evaporation some miniature may be short filler."

A full nose with barley sugar and hints of malt and oak as a warming spice develops and continues onto the palate.

Smooth with a pepper hint, the palate provides refreshing fruit touches with aniseed as the finish is relatively long with more pepper, oak and fruit.
