The sixth batch of Port Ellen independently bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company.

This sixth batch is the first to boast an age statement on its label as this 33 Year Old comes from the legendary closed Islay distillery!

Batch 6 is a release of 250 bottles, all bottled at an ABV of 47.5%

That Boutique-y Whisky Company’ single malts, single grains and bourbons come from a variety of well renowned distilleries as well as producing award-winning blended malts and blend.

Nose: Peat with a helping of flamed orange peel as a further complex hint comes from blackberry and sweet honey.

Palate: Thick with charred pineapple, oak and pepper. Oily barley, a smoky tone and vanilla makes things interesting as tropical sweetness finishes the palate off nicely.

Finish: Rye with more refreshing pineapple as sugar rounds things off in this long finish.
