Crafted in the village of Bedale, North Yorkshire, close to the Yorkshire Dales, Masons Dry Yorkshire Gin was created in a quest to create a taste that wasn’t just your ordinary run of the mill Gin.

Masons Original:
Nose: A hint of saffron dominates with some aniseed and lemongrass hints. A touch of malt also features.
Palate:Saffron continues as fennel now is introduced into the fold with hints of liquorice and juniper.
Finish: A juniper led finish with some lingering citrus from lemon zest.

Masons Lavender:
Nose: Dry lavender notes on the nose and a slight fennel aroma create a soft & subtle experience.
Palate:There’s a soft texture once upon the palate, with a fresh candied lavender sweet flavour and anise creeping in.
Finish: Dry.

Masons Tea: 
A smooth spirit with the warmth and bitterness of the tea shining through.

Herbal notes are present throughout with gentle spice and a hint of citrus, all complemented by robust flavours of delicious Yorkshire Tea.
