Construction good, held ash well, the draw was right. The taste was mostly subtle, rubbery wood with a little sweetness/bready-ness past half way.

This cigar’s flavour isn’t especially complex and the flavours don’t radically develop during the herf, however it starts as it means to go on with white pepper and leather at the forefront continuing right the way down to the knuckle. The construction is always excellent, the appearance is nearly perfect (the tawdry label is a very minor let down), and the overall enjoyment provided by this marque puts it head and shoulders above its closest competitors at this price point, including Quorum, which brand I started my cigar journey with and who I still have think have a place place at the table when looking for value vs cost

Ive had a load of these over the past few years and with the exception of the small corona cigar they do (which never seems to stay alight for me) I cant fault the range.. The robusto, chisel and torpedo versions are all lovely consistent smokes. Rich in flavour without being too strong on the nicotine. Lots of smoke, slightly sweet perfect with a morning coffee or a rum and coke in the evening. One of my go to everyday cigars.

Decent enough cigar at a sensible price. Easy draw (for a hand made). Flavour seemed to improve in the second half. May consider buying again however I much prefer the maduro version - which I highly recommend.

So as i continue my journey on trying good value Robusto sized sticks I moved onto this pleasant number with a Quorum being the previous smoke i had. And i will say what a lovely smoke this was. Where the quorum was very peppery and spicey this was a lot milder and all most aromatic. Very easy and pleasent. Where the Quorum was a bit of a kick in the face. This Juliany presented itself in a much gentler manner. A more advisable smoke for the beginner. The Quorum will be worth revisiting after some time. This Juliany though was great and more will be ordered
