Passion Gin is perfect for bringing those tropical vibes to your garden this Summer.

Best served with tropical soda or pineapple juice, garnished with a chunk of pineapple, or this gin also tastes fantastic mixed with a premium tonic.

 

Tasting Notes

Nose: Rich and juicy, passion fruit and tropical fruit aroma with apricot and toasted coconut alongside.

Palate: Full of flavour, with passion fruit and apricot both dominating. Starts sweet but the slightly bitter passion fruit remains as the sweetness begins to fade. Toasted coconut notes add a savoury character.

Finish: Finishes with a slightly drying, bitter passion fruit which fades to leave a creamy coconut and tropical character.
