Port Barrel Gin 43% – In pursuit of new and exciting spirits, the team at Conkers have brought together two of their favourite tipples to create a gin like no other.  Their signature Dorset Dry Gin is rested in used Port barrels from Portugal, drawing out the 5-year-old Ruby Port from the oak staves, infusing its aged flavour and turning the gin a stunning ruby-pink.
