A bottle of blended Scotch whisky, Black & White from James Buchanan & Co. Bottled in the 1970s.
Buchanan’s Black & White blended Scotch whisky is quite movie star, appearing in both Ian Fleming's Moonraker and Kurt Vonnegut's Breakfast of Champions.
Please note as this is a vintage whisky, conditions of bottle/label and liquid level can vary - stains to label.
Nose: Light, with a nose of citrus, biscuits, and even something a bit sour.
Palate: The taste grapples with the high percentage of young grain whisky in the blend, yielding salt and caramel, lemon, and something musty.
Finish: Smooth, not unlike the nose and palate.
