After trying many of the Padr?n line from the thousand series in both natural and maduro to the '64s, '26s and family reserve lines, these are my firm favourite and not just for the lower price tag. The blends are different in the natural and maduro, not just the wrapper. The naturals are more medium bodied with less spice. Flavour has more sweetness, often a touch of caramel, with more focus on woodiness, cocoa and biscuit notes. The best I've had have even shown touches of floral complexity and some citrus. The maduro versions are notably stronger, spicier and with more bitter dark chocolate, leather and charred qualities. The strong biscuit aroma from the unlit tobacco on these is gorgeous as well. I find, personally, a little more complexity and subtlety in the naturals and the sweeter profile with even a hint of cream in the best ones is more my thing. Blend consistency does vary a fair bit and I find the ones with a slightly richer rosado to the wrappers tend to have a little more richness, and draws are always loose to perfect, never too tight. This gets an extra point from me simply for it's value for money, but would still be a solid 4/5 otherwise! Excellent Nicaraguan blend best suited to short-term storage or smoking now.

First let me thank Padron and (The Nicaraguan people) so much for this unique cigar.
Medium to full body, the draw, burn, and constrection are amazing. Varied bouquet of Flavors, aromas, and after tastes.. Such as: light pepper, earthy, woody, leather, Coffee, chocolate, Peach, and creamy smoke. I will make sure keeps a large number of these fancy sticks in my cigar humidors.
Thank you so much;
C.GARS, mrs. Michelle Adler for all excellent choices and services. ✨

Good experience, quality construction with nice draw and even burn and strong ash. Flavours were a bit harsh and peppery at first, but got smoother into the second third.

Quality construction. Perfect draw.
Flavour-wise, its pretty consistent. Lots of cedar throughout, with some cocoa notes coming through on the retrohale. There was a fair bit of a pepper at the beginning of the first third, which appeared again in the final third.
Very good for the price, just dont expect too much complexity.

Smaller version of the Maduro, more fruity and dry oak notes. Perfect construction blended with tobaccos that have been aged for at least 3 years. David - C.Gars Ltd Cigar Ambassador
